Course Objective: Students would be able to understand the conceptual and practicle aspects of employee relations at the macro and micro levels,and would be able to describe industrial relation , actors of industrial relation,industrial conflict and its outcome (strikes and lockout).students would be able to describe following act;The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947,The factory act 1948,The Workmen’s Compensation Act 1923,the trade union act1926, the payment wages act 1936 . also  would be able to discuss and describe various measures which can be used for solving industrial disputes

Course Objective: The objective of the course is to impart basic knowledge,concepts,practical aspects of the  business law(Indian contract act 1872,sale of goods act 1930, indian partnership act 1932 ,indian companies act )  along with relevant cases

Course Objective: Course will familiarize students with the introductory aspect of business and business enterprises. students will be acquainted with various forms of business organisation, and essentials of an ideal form of organisation and social responsibility of business. this course will help student in the evaluation of each form of organisation in the right perspective and take the final decision about the choice of a particular form more judiciously . Students would be acquainted with various dimensions of management, organisation, control, motivation and leadership.To acquaint students with the terms, concepts, and points of view used in management and its historical evolution. Some other objectives of the course are: Provide students with a working knowledge of the skills and functions necessary to be an effective, efficient manager. Provide an introduction to the theory and practice of managing organizations. Examine the management functions (planning, organizing, leading or influencing, and controlling) and the impact of those functions on the business organization

Course Objective: To enable students understand and aware about the following; A) the ecological environment and its role in the well being of human life. B) environment degradation c) Natural Resources and its conservation d) Biodiversity and its conservation e) Environmental Pollutions  f) Environmental Problems g) human population and its impact on the environment h) Environment Protection Enactments and various bodies and authorities to resolve the environmental issues, i) develop students understanding about how  human population impact environment  ,  about their roles and identities as citizens, consumers and environmental actors in a complex and interconnected world  and   to motivate students and inculcate the habits of saving nature in routine life.

Course Objective: Familiarize with the nature of business environment and its components and also  familiarize students about Consumer Act  1986 , MRTP Act,  The students will be able to demonstrate and develop conceptual framework of business environment and generate interest in international business.
